Wild Flour Mini Pancakes – the sweetest new addition to our local food scene!
Sometimes the best business ideas come from unexpected places. After missing family who moved away, the owner found inspiration on TikTok, saw a mini pancake business in Texas, and thought “we don’t have anything like that here!” Fast forward through research and licensing, and Wild Flour officially opened in August 2024.
What makes them special? They’re the only business of their kind in our area, making fresh mini pancakes on-site with both sweet and savory toppings. From “Meemaw’s Gone Bananas” to “S’more Please” – their creative menu has something for everyone. 15 mini pancakes for $10, perfect as dessert OR a meal!
Find them at vendor events, farmers markets, and holiday celebrations (including one in Frankenmuth!). They also do private events – birthday parties, baby showers, and late-night wedding reception snacks with themed menus.
Working from a mobile 10×10 tent means everything is prepared fresh on-site, and they’re hoping to expand to a trailer next year as they grow. Once you try these mini pancakes, you’ll be telling all your friends!
